Situated on the top floor in a small block, the apartment has a master double bedroom with a queen bed and lovely district views from the large North facing windows. The second bedroom has single bed with pull out trundle for an extra guest. Open plan living/dining/kitchen areas with district views to the West (and glimpses of the Harbour Bridge)! Modern & equipped the kitchen comes with microwave, full size fridge, electric stove/oven, cutlery, crockery pots and pans. The bathroom is clean and bright with a combined shower & bath.

There is plenty of unrestricted street parking right out the front. There are also lots of local shops and cafes within walking distance, making this feel like a real old-fashioned family holiday location. Blair St is a favorite with the locals.

The nearest bus-stop is just a block away, with regular services to City & Bondi Junction. Bondi Beach is just 700 metres from your door (7 minute walk).
